Cloud Cream is intended for external use only. Follow all instructions carefully. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Floating Feet Pty Ltd is not liable for misuse or adverse reactions.
3. No guarantee of results
Floating Feet does not guarantee specific results from the use of its products. Cloud Cream is a cosmetic product and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent anymedical condition.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to update pricing and availability without notice.
5. Orders & Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Tracking details are sent once dispatched.

7. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and product names belong to Floating Feet Pty Ltd.
8. Limitation of Liability
Floating Feet Pty Ltd is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use.
9. Insurance & Compliance
Floating Feet Pty Ltd is covered by comprehensive business insurance, including product and public liability protection. Our formulations are manufactured in Australia to cosmetic safety standards. While we maintain insurance and strict quality control, customers must follow instructions and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Floating Feet Pty Ltd cannot be held liable for misuse or individual skin reactions.
Failure to follow product instructions may result in reduced effectiveness and void eligibility for any claims.

Return & Refund Policy
At Floating Feet, our commitment is to deliver high-quality products and a premium customer experience. While we take great care in the preparation and packaging of every order, we understand that issues may occasionally arise and are here to assist where appropriate.
Cloud Cream is formulated to help reduce foot discomfort when wearing high heels, however individual results may vary depending on factors such as skin type, application amount, and duration of wear.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or personal preference, including where the product does not meet individual expectations. However, nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law. By purchasing from Floating Feet, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Refund Eligibility
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened products unless they are faulty or do not meet Australian Consumer Law requirements. Failure to follow product instructions may result in reduced effectiveness and void eligibility for any claims. You may be eligible for a refund or replacement only in the following circumstances:
• Your item arrives damaged or defective
• You receive an incorrect product
Refunds or replacements will be assessed on a case-by-case at our discretion
Submitting a Refund Request
To request a refund or replacement, please follow the steps below:
1. Contact our Customer Care team at info@floatingfeet.com.au within 3 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and supporting photographs of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Requests submitted outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
Refund Processing
If your request is approved, we will provide instructions for next steps.
Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Where applicable, a replacement product may be issued instead of a refund.
Please note:
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
• Floating Feet is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or failure to follow product instructions.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
• Change of mind
• Sale or promotional items
• Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
• Damage resulting from misuse or improper handling
Floating Feet Pty Ltd reserves the right to decline any refund or replacement request that does not meet the above criteria.
Shipping Policy
Shipping & Delivery
We ship Australia-wide from our Sydney distribution centre.
Processing Time: 1–3 business days
Delivery Time: 3–7 business days (depending on location)
Tracking information is provided by email once dispatched.
Delays:
Floating Feet Pty Ltd is not responsible for postal or customs delays once shipped.
Lost or Missing Parcels:
If your parcel does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact info@floatingfeet.com.au and we’ll assist you immediately.
